Just apples, Manjimup Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples to be exact, are all we use in our fresh-pressed Western Cider. We keep most of the pectin plus some of the solids in the juice to ensure the full flavours of the apple are expressed through fermentation, including any slight seasonal variation. The result is a truly authentic apple cider that’s naturally cloudy, neither sweet nor dry and with a pleasant acidity that’s perfect for warm Summer days.

Meet Colonial Small Ale, brewed to be lower in alcohol, not impact, or flavour. Our Small Ale is brewed using the same techniques - with the same malt and hop profiles - as an IPA, but it’s cleverly crafted to reduce the alcohol content to 3.5 per cent, without sacrificing substance. Brewed to deliver gentle, lasting bitterness, and layered on a swift kick of citrus-and-pine goodness, you can drink small and stand tall with our full-bodied, flavour-packed Small Ale.

Artfully brewed to sit between traditional American and Australian pale ales, our master brewers searched the world for the perfect combination of hops, blending USA favourites with Australia's hop heroes to create the perfect pale. The result is a tropical-tinged treat that's a glowing golden in colour, with subtle hints of passionfruit, pine and spicy botanics. Smooth and approachable but packed with aromatic hops, Colonial Pale Ale is brewed to linger on the palette, not overpower it.
